Cioppino – Seafood Stew

Cioppino – Seafood Stew noosiekins: Just made this tonight… SO GOOD… but word of advice, there’s no need to salt and pepper the broth when you’ve already salt and peppered the prawns, scallops, and fish.  I also had hard time finding clam juice, so I just doubled up on my chicken stock.

Diced Pancetta, cheese, and egg in a toast cup! #breakfast. Recipe can be found here. I did some modification to it by using diced pancetta instead of bacon…so much faster and easier.
