Here’s a the Cioppino that I made this Father’s Day Weekend. Unfortunately, I did forget to throw in the fresh basil that was sitting in my fridge… tasted fine though 🙂

Cioppino – Seafood Stew noosiekins: Just made this tonight… SO GOOD… but word of advice, there’s no need to salt and pepper the broth when you’ve already salt and peppered the prawns, scallops, and fish.  I also had hard time finding clam juice, so I just doubled up on my chicken stock.
