Chicken thighs – diced into small bite size cubes Salt & pepper to taste A healthy sprinkle of Oregano A dash or two of Nutmeg A sprinkle of dried Parsley Garlic x 3 cloves -finely chopped Eyeball a tablespoon of Olive oil A couple shakes of dried Basil A couple shot
I couldn’t settle on just one flavor for a few lbs of chicken wings I purchased, so I figure, why not mix it up and have 3!!! From top to bottom. 1. Curry powder, salt, and pepper 2. Salt, pepper, Herbes de Provence 3. Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade and Coca-Cola All baked for 20 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
So a while back, I posted Byron Talbott’s video recipe for the Baumkuchen (Tree Cake) here. Well I’m back and happy to report that it’s super duper easy! Now mind you, mind is not as beautifully layered as Byron’s (I tried, twice) but it still tasted good! For those who don’t know what a Baumkuchen is – per Wikipedia Baumkuchen is a kind of layered cake.
