Chicken thighs – diced into small bite size cubes Salt & pepper to taste A healthy sprinkle of Oregano A dash or two of Nutmeg A sprinkle of dried Parsley Garlic x 3 cloves -finely chopped Eyeball a tablespoon of Olive oil A couple shakes of dried Basil A couple shot
I couldn’t settle on just one flavor for a few lbs of chicken wings I purchased, so I figure, why not mix it up and have 3!!! From top to bottom. 1. Curry powder, salt, and pepper 2. Salt, pepper, Herbes de Provence 3. Lee Kum Kee Chicken Marinade and Coca-Cola All baked for 20 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Its a breakfast for dinner kinda night
Lunch for today, a dessert waffle from Le Petite Belge. Le Petite Belge can be found on 340 Robson Street in Downtown Vancouver. Believe it or not, it’s quite filling! They do also have a savory alternative. Here’s a savoury waffle with from a few months ago with prosciutto wrapped asparagus, spinach and egg salad.
